"Kellys team helped me switch and bundle my home owners insurance and car insurance which did save me money. However it wasn't a smooth transition and caused for an inconvenience. The team forgot an important step by sending over the paper work to my old insurance company to cancel it, which they said they had that end handled. I didn't find out for three months until I called my old insurance company and still have been paying for two homeowners insurance. The stress was then put on me to backdate and get a refund from my old insurance. Kelly did apologize but it's important to be aware when switching insurances."
